By accessing or using the Site, you are agreeing to these Terms and entering into a legally binding contract with Shtrs. It is important that you read carefully and understand the Terms. Do not access or use the Site if you are unwilling or unable to be bound by the Terms. Any references to "you" and "your" refer to you, as a user of the Site. References to "we", "us" and "our" refer to Shtrs / Shtrsbrand.com, operating in the Republic of Uganda. Use of the Site The Site is available to users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with Shtrs. If you are using the Site on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. All Sales Are Final All purchases on Shtrsbrand.com are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including change of mind or incorrect size selection. Restrictions The following rules, policies, and disclaimers shall apply to and govern your use of the Site. We reserve the right to remove any content at any time for any reason without notice. Content & Intellectual Property You may download material intentionally made available for downloading from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only, provided that you keep intact any and all copyright and other proprietary notices that may appear on such materials. All other content on Shtrsbrand.com including logos, designs, graphics, text, photography, and product imagery - is the exclusive property of Shtrs and is protected under the applicable intellectual property laws of Uganda and internationally. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited. Indemnification You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Shtrs, its representatives, officers, and employees from all liabilities, claims, costs, and expenses including reasonable legal fees - that arise from your use of the Site, your postings or transmissions of communications or material on the Site, or from your violation of applicable law. Shtrs reserves the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you. Unless otherwise noted, Shtrs does not operate, control, or endorse any information, products, or services on any Third Party Site. You access and use Third Party Sites entirely at your own risk. Severability & Entire Agreement In the event that any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, such provisions shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect. These Terms contain the entire agreement between you and Shtrs regarding use of the Site and supersede any prior agreement between you and Shtrs on such subject matter. Governing Law These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
